The passage above is from a book i'm reading. I can understand and translate all the content except for the name "格里 . 克洛纳里斯" and the "西尔" company. I have looked up all my dictionaries and searched on google for these two names but it gave out no results. How troublesome it is when translating English name in chinese back into english again. The publishers are so lazy, they don't even put the source language of those names in the book for reference!

When he was a buyer in 西尔 company, he made a capital mistake.
