"ke-kien" - which part of the chicken?

Does anyone know which part of the chicken the "ke-kien" is? Also, what is the Hanzi for the "kien"?

I was told that it is the part of the chicken where the feed is stored.

BTW, it is not the chicken's liver - that's "ke-kua" 雞肝.
