Any Teen French summer programs advice?

When Christmas almost arrives, everyone receives a Christmas bonus! I love that time of the year, because it's always a surprise what you get. This year they divided different fair trade bags with loads of presents in it at my work and I opened it immediately when I came home.
My sister found out that there was a folder with information about going abroad and found an incredible opportunity for her. She have more languages to improve, but her priority is French and she found different teen French summer programs in Paris! She still don't know which program is the best for her, so she ask help for me to ask some advice. Thanks in advance.
