House prices in 70 major Chinese cities fell 1.3 percent in March from a year earlier, the National Bureau of Statistics said Monday.
本周一,国家统计局公布今年3月份中国的70个大中城市楼市价格较去年下降了1.3%。
Prices of new houses fell 1.9 percent year-on-year last month but rose 0.1 percent from February. Prices for second-hand houses rose 0.3 percent month-on-month despite of a decline of 0.4 percent from a year earlier.
新房的出售价格在今年1月份下降1.9个百分点,但从二月份开始上涨了0.1个百分点。二手房的售价平均每月上涨0.3个百分点,但仍比去年同期下降0.4个百分点。
Analysts warned it was still too early to say the property market had revived, as sales were mainly driven by surging credit and by stimulus policies, such as tax cuts. Other indicators, such as land purchases by developers, had shown no signs of recovery.
分析师提醒说现在预测房地产市场回暖为时过早,现在销售上涨的原因主要是因为如减税等利好的政策的刺激。从开放商购买的土地方面等其他数据来看,没有任何市场回暖的迹象。
