Translating Mandarin Name to Hokkien

I was wondering if can get some help with translating my daughter's name from mandarin to Hokkien.

We have named her 邱凱歆 (Qiu Kai Xin) and I was trying to confirm the translation to Hokkien. What I found online is that it translated to:

Khoo Khai Him

I was thinking if it might be:

Khoo Khai Sim

Can anyone enlighten me to which hokkien name is the correct one

sorry but can anyone help me in translating 林恩綺 to hokkien??thanks for anyone help because tmp I'm goin to register my daughter name n get the birth cert already..thanks
