Chinese languages

There are many threads in this forum about technology and military tech from China, or if Chinese spend their time just learning or hoarding money lol but i'm interested if there are any Chinese groups / regions, or ethnicities in China which are notorious or famous for their warlike behavior or war skills, who is overrepresented in the PLA, who is warlike because they are non-Han (e.g. Hui, Manchu, Mongols etc. etc.)

I know the concept of "martial peoples" is from colonial India, but feel free to comment whether this concept is applicable or not applicable to China.
