I have made a new chinese flashcard program for windows. It's called Chinese Flashcard Studio. The free version comes with the complete HSK beginner level vocabulary set (1000 words in total). And for just $10 the standard edition unlocks another 7500+ intermediate and advanced HSK vocab words.

If you are intermediate or advanced learner of Chinese, then you will find the Chinese Text Reader that comes with the professional edition really helpful. It is a web browser, and when you hover your mouse over Chinese text, a box appears with the explanation. THEN you can add those words as new flashcards, in just a click of a button.
