I hope somebody can help me out!
I need to decipher some text written down the side of a painting. Unfortunately, this is the clearest I can get the picture.

Its a best wishes kinda thing. Its rather blurred and I can't make out some of the characters. However, it looks like

祝愛 top and lower right

wishing with love

&#38384;強 (blurred top and bottom left )

(to) ruan-qiang (a name)

敬 jing
賀 he

jinghe = respectfully congratulate
